champignons_antibes Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g champignon
40 g burro
100 g pancetta affumicata
1 spicchio aglio
1 cucchiaio Brandy
3 cucchiai panna

Far rosolare in padella nel burro la pancetta tagliata a dadini, aggiungere i funghi e cuocere a fuoco vivo. Salare, pepare, versare il Brandy e farlo evaporare. Unire la panna liquida, l'aglio e il prezzemolo tritati, abbassare il fuoco e far cuocere i funghi coperti per circa 15 minuti.
