CAVOLO ROSSO E YOGURT

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 cavolo rosso
4 filetti Acciuga
25 g burro
1 spicchio aglio
1 vasetto yogurt
2 cucchiai olio
2 cucchiai aceto
sale
Pepe

Far soffriggere l'aglio in olio e burro; appena sarà dorato estrarlo e aggiungere il cavolo affettato fino. Rimescolare e far cuocere a calore vivace unendo anche i filetti d'Acciuga a pezzetti e l'aceto; salare, pepare, incoperchiare e far cuocere per 10'. Bagnare la verdura con lo yogurt, mescolare e terminare la cottura senza coperchio.
