CAVOLO IN CASSERUOLA

Lavare 250 g. di cavolo, affettarlo sottilmente e cuocerlo in un bicchiere di acqua per 40 minuti. Aggiungere quindi 250 g. di patate intere e sbucciate e 250 g. di salsicce. Far cuocere per un'altra mezz'ora.

Togliere le salsicce e ridurre le verdure a Purea e condirla con 150 g. di latte caldo, 2 cucchiai di burro, sale e Pepe.

Amalgamare bene il tutto e unire le salsicce spellate e tagliate a pezzi. Servire ben caldo.
