Dosi per 6:

500 g cavolini di Bruxelles
100 g burro
5 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato

Pulire i cavolini, lavarli, lessarli in acqua salata in ebollizione, scolarli, disporli, a piramide, in una pirofila imburrata, cospargerli con fiocchetti di burro, ricoprirli con il parmigiano e farli gratinare in forno. Prima di servire versarvi sopra il resto del burro fuso.
