Per 4 persone:

6--700 g cavolini di Bruxelles
2 cipolle
50 g burro
2 dl brodo vegetale

Togliete le foglie esterne ai cavolini, lavateli ed incidetene la base. Lessateli per 5 minuti in acqua salata, quindi scolateli. Tritate finemente le cipolle e fatele rosolare in una casseruola con il burro, unite un po' di brodo e fate cuocere 5 minuti. Unite i cavolini, il brodo rimasto, sale e Pepe e ultimate la cottura a casseruola semicoperta.
