g cavolini di Bruxelles
70 g burro
1 arancia

Lessare i cavolini in acqua salata, scolarli e tenerli in caldo. Sciogliere il burro in un tegamino, aggiungere la scorza dell'arancia e cuocere pochi minuti; unire il succo dell'arancia, il Pepe, una presa di Paprika e una di zucchero, il sale e cuocere per 10 minuti. Versare la salsa calda sui cavolini e servire subito.
