cavolfiore_saporito Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 cavolfiore
85 g burro
2 spicchi aglio
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
2 tuorli sodi

Mondare il cavolfiore e lessarlo intero per 45'. Fondere il burro con l'aglio, togliere la padella dal fuoco, unire il prezzemolo tritato, versare la salsa sul cavolfiore insieme ai tuorli sodi tritati. Servire.
