1 cavolfiore a cimette
salsa Mornay
emmental grattugiato

Lessare al dente il cavolfiore, scolarlo e sistemarlo in una pirofila imburrata, coprire con salsa Mornay, cospargere con il formaggio e passare in forno caldo a 180' C finché la superficie sarà ben dorata.
