carote_vichy Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg carote
60 g burro
vino bianco

Pulire le carote e tagliarle a rondelle. Sciogliere il burro in un po' di olio, unire le carote, salare e coprire di acqua. Cuocere a recipiente coperto, mescolando ogni tanto, per 1 ora. A metà cottura bagnare con il vino. Verso la fine unire il prezzemolo tritato. Le carote dovranno essere molto tenere. Servirle calde.
