g carote tagliate a rondelle
3--4 spicchi aglio
150 g prezzemolo
30 g burro

Mettere le carote in una casseruola, unire il burro, olio, l'aglio diviso a metà. Aggiungere un bicchiere d'acqua, coprire e mettere su fuoco moderato.

Aggiungere il prezzemolo tritato, sale, Pepe e cuocere fino a quando le carote non saranno tenere. Servire molto caldo.
