CAROTE ALLA PANNA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg carote
50 g burro
1/4 l panna fresca
abbondante Basilico
sale
Pepe

Pulire le carote e tagliarle a rondelle. Sciogliere il burro, unirvi le carote e farle cuocere a fuoco vivace.

Salare, pepare e versarvi la panna, abbassando il fuoco. Unire alle carote il Basilico tritato finemente e servire caldissimo.
