Dosi per 4:

600 g carote
60 g burro
1 arancia
1 limone

Mondare le carote, eliminare le estremità, lavarle e tagliarle a Julienne. Sciogliere il burro in una grande padella, unire le carote, salare e far cuocere per circa 5 minuti mescolando spesso. Passarle in un piatto da portata, irrorare con il succo di arancia e di limone e servire.
