CARDI ALL'ACCIUGA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 cardi bianchi
1 limone
4 filetti Acciuga
1 spicchio aglio
burro
olio
sale

Pulire i cardi, tagliarli a pezzi e metterli a bagno in acqua e limone. In un tegame far sciogliere il burro con l'olio e l'aglio, unire i filetti d'Acciuga spezzettati, far cuocere per pochi minuti e regolare di sale. Mettere i cardi in un piatto da portata, condirli con la salsa preparata e servire.
