Dosi per 4:

6 carciofi
parmigiano grattugiato

Mondare i carciofi e tagliare i cuori a metà. Lessare le foglie e i gambi, quindi frullarli. Rosolare i cuori con olio e aglio, poi coprirli di brodo e cuocerli per 30'. Quindi cospargerli con il passato di foglie e gambi e con il formaggio.
