CARCIOFI E RADICCHIO

carciofi_radicchio Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 carciofi
200 g radicchio di Treviso
100 g scagliette di formaggio grana
il succo di 2 limoni
olio
sale
Pepe

Mondare i carciofi e tagliarli a fettine sottili, raschiare i gambi e tagliarli a rondelle. Immergerli in acqua acidulata con succo di limone. Asciugarli e metterli in un'insalatiera, irrorarli con succo di limone e aggiungere il radicchio a listarelle e il formaggio a scaglie. Al momento di servire condire con sale, Pepe, olio e succo di limone.
