CARCIOFI AL POMODORO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 carciofi
300 g pomodori pelati
1 cipolla
olio
burro
vino bianco
prezzemolo
Basilico
sale
Pepe

Mondare i carciofi, tagliarli a spicchi, rosolarli in un soffritto di cipolla tritata, olio e burro, spruzzarli con il vino, unire i pomodori frullati, salare, pepare e far cuocere per circa 30 minuti. Cospargere di Basilico e prezzemolo tritati e servire.
