carciofi_paesana Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 carciofi
100 g pancetta tesa
100 g cipolline sbucciate
100 g patate
1 cuore lattuga
succo di limone

Dividere i carciofi in spicchi. Sbucciare le patate e tagliarle a pezzetti. Mondare la lattuga e ridurla a listarelle. Sciogliere 60 gr di burro in una pentola, unire i carciofi e la pancetta a dadini, far insaporire e dopo qualche minuto unire le cipolline tagliate a metà, le patate e la lattuga. Salare, pepare, bagnare con 2 mestoli di brodo, coprire e cuocere per 40' a fuoco dolce.
