CARCIOFI ALLA MILANESE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


1 confezione carciofi interi Findus
2 uova
80 g burro
pangrattato
limone
sale

Lessare i carciofi scongelati e tagliati a fette per il lungo. Passarli nelle uova sbattute con un po' di sale e nel pangrattato. Friggerle al burro come le costolette alla milanese.
