Dosi per 4:

8 cappelli di funghi porcini
1--2 spicchi aglio
1 manciata prezzemolo
1 manciata Basilico
2 cucchiai pangrattato

Pulire i funghi, allinearli in una teglia unta di olio, con la parte concava rivolta verso l'alto, condirli con sale e Pepe macinato al momento. Mescolare un trito di prezzemolo, Basilico e aglio al pangrattato. Distribuire il composto nei cappelli, irrorarli con un filino di olio e mettere in forno già caldo per 25'.
