Lessare il cavolfiore, scolarlo, tritarlo, mescolarlo con Besciamella, noce moscata, sale, parmigiano e uova sbattute.Imburrare e infarinare uno stampo, versarvi il composto, cuocerlo a bagnomaria per un'ora circa finché sarà ben rassodato e servire.
