Dosi per 4:

500 g broccoli
25 g Capperi
4 Acciughe
1/2 bicchiere olio

Pulire i broccoli, tagliarli a pezzi, farli lessare in acqua bollente salata e scolarli. In un tegame far scaldare l'olio, unire le Acciughe lavate e spinate, schiacciarle con una forchetta e amalgamarle all'olio. Aggiungere i Capperi e i broccoli, far insaporire e servire.
