ASPARAGI GRATINATI

Ingredienti:

kg asparagi
200 ml Besciamella pronta
parmigiano grattugiato
burro
sale

Legare gli asparagi, lessarli in acqua bollente salata, scolarli e sistemarli in una pirofila.

Insaporire la Besciamella con il parmigiano, versarla sugli asparagi, unire il burro fuso, infornare, lasciar gratinare per circa 10 minuti e servirli ben caldi.
