asparagi_formaggio Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

700 g asparagi
40 g burro
60 g emmental grattugiato

Lessare gli asparagi in acqua bollente salata, scolarli, metterli in una padella con il burro fuso, farli insaporire e cospargerli con il formaggio grattugiato. Coprire e cuocere per 2--3 minuti per far fondere il formaggio.
