Dosi per 4:

750 g spinaci in foglia surgelati
600 g zucca
3 cucchiai olio
30 g burro
4 cucchiai grana grattugiato

Far soffriggere gli spinaci scongelati nell'olio; contemporaneamente far soffriggere la zucca, mondata e tagliata a dadini, nel burro e distribuirvi sopra la Salvia lavata e spezzettata. Mescolare ogni tanto e salare. Gli spinaci saranno pronti in 10', la zucca in 15'.

A cottura ultimata sistemare ad anello, sul piatto di portata, gli spinaci e nel Mezzo mettere la zucca stufata. Spolverizzare di grana e servire.
