PASTA PER WONTON E INVOLTINI CINESI

dose per 40 wonton

Ingredienti:
2 tazze farina
2 uova
1.5 cucchiai acqua
amido di Mais (maizena)

In Terrina, mescolare la farina con le uova. Aggiungere acqua sufficiente a formare una pasta piuttosto dura e lavorare per 5--7 minuti sull'asse del tavolo infarinato. Coprire con uno strofinaccio bagnato e lasciar riposare per venti minuti.

Dopo la spianatura, a mano o a macchina, la pasta deve risultare dello spessore di un millimetro.
