CALZONE VERDE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 gr pasta da pane
100 gr Mozzarella
500 gr bietola
100 gr olive
4 Acciughe sotto sale
3 cucchiai olio
sale
Pepe nero

Lessare la bietola e tritarla. Unirvi la Mozzarella a dadini e le Acciughe a pezzettini. Bagnare con olio, pepare e mescolare. Ricavare dalla pasta da pane una sfoglia rotonda dello spessore di 0,5 cm. Su metà di questa sistemare il composto, poi ripiegarla su se stessa premendo il bordo. Ungere la placca del forno, sistemarvi il calzone e cuocere a 220'C per 30' circa.
