BURRO MONTATO

Assaggiato in USA, usatelo per condire patate al vapore o al forno (cotte al forno intere, con la buccia ben unta che poi si spacca e si toglie nel piatto).

Montare il burro con due gocce di succo di limone ed erba cipollina a piacere, tritata finissima, fino a quando il tutto non ha la consistenza della panna montata.
