TORTINO DI VERDURE E STRACCHINO

Ingredienti per 4 persone

1 confezione pasta sfoglia
2 peperoni vari colori
2 zucchine
200 g Stracchino
3 uova
2 dl latte
q.b. Noce moscata
sale
Pepe
olio

Preparazione

  1. pulire e tagliare a Julienne i peperoni e a rondelle le zucchine
  2. saltarle in poco olio in una padella
  3. sbattere in un contenitore le uova, aggiungendo il latte ed in seguito la Noce moscata e lo Stracchino a pezzetti
  4. aggiustare di sale e Pepe ed unire le verdure, mescolando tutti gli ingredienti
  5. posizionare la pasta sfoglia in una teglia e versarvi in composto
  6. cuocere in forno a 200o per circa 40 minuiti max
