TORTA DI VERDURE

tempo: 75 minuti
Ingredienti e preparazione per 4 persone:

1 confezione pasta sfoglia per torte salate
2 cipolle
2 zucchine
2 melanzane
2 peperoni
2 pomodori rossi
1 cucchiainoCapperi
olio extravergine d'oliva
sale

Tagliate le verdure a pezzetti, mettetele in un tegame con i Capperi, un po' d'olio, salate e lasciate cuocere il tutto per circa 20 minuti, lasciandole asciugare bene.
Intanto foderate con un disco di pasta sfoglia una teglia infarinata, mettetevi le verdure e passate in forno caldo (180o) per circa 30 minuti. Sfornate, lasciate raffreddare e servite.
