TORTA DI SPINACI

torta_spinaci Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g pasta per pizza
300 g spinaci
50 g cipolla tritata
100 g salsiccia
400 g polpa di pomodoro a dadini
400 g ricotta
3 uova
burro
sale

Scongelare la pasta. Soffriggere la cipolla con 30 gr di burro, unire la salsiccia sbriciolata e farla rosolare. Unire gli spinaci e farli scongelare. Salare e unire il pomodoro, dopo qualche minuto unire la ricotta e le uova sbattute e far intiepidire. Stendere la pasta, versarvi il composto, livellarlo e cuocere per 40' in forno caldo a 200' C.
