TORTA RUSTICA AL MAIALE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

200 g carne di maiale tritata
1 cipolla
origano
la scorza grattugiata di 1/2 limone
350 g pasta sfoglia
50 g emmental
2 pomodori
1 tuorlo
olio
sale
Pepe

In 2 cucchiai di olio soffriggere la cipolla tritata, unire la carne, l'origano, la scorza, salare, pepare e cuocere per 2'. Ricavare dalla pasta 2 rettangoli, stenderne uno in una teglia inumidita e distribuire la carne, coprirla con il formaggio a scaglie e con i pomodori a fette. Coprire con il 2' rettangolo, sigillare i bordi, spennellare con il tuorlo e cuocere in forno caldo a 200'C per 40' circa.
