TORTA DI PROSCIUTTO E FORMAGGIO

torta_prosciutto_formaggio Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g pasta sfoglia
100 g prosciutto cotto
100 g groviera
1 tazza Besciamella
25 g burro
Noce moscata
sale

Foderare una pirofila imburrata con la pasta e stendervi sopra il prosciutto, un po' rosolato nel burro e tagliato a listarelle, e la Besciamella mescolata al groviera grattugiato e ad un pizzico di Noce moscata. Infornare per circa 15 minuti.
