TORTA DI OLIVE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

pasta sfoglia
200 g ricotta
150 g gruviera
3 uova
1 bicchiere latte
1 cucchiaio farina
50 g parmigiano grattugiato
150 g olive
sale
Pepe
1 noce burro

Imburrare una teglia da forno e foderarla con la pasta sfoglia. Sbattere le uova. Lavorare la ricotta e, quando sarà morbida, unirla alle uova con il parmigiano, il gruviera, il sale e il Pepe. Intiepidire il latte, stemperarvi la farina e unirlo al resto. Versare il composto sulla sfoglia con le olive snocciolate. Cuocere in forno a 180oC per 45 minuti.
