TORTA AI FORMAGGI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione pasta sfoglia Findus
100 g Fontina
100 g gruviera
100 g parmigiano
1/2 l latte
30 g burro
30 g farina
2 uova
sale

Fare una Besciamella con burro, farina, latte e sale, unire i formaggi tagliati a pezzetti e il parmigiano grattugiato e, fuori dal fuoco, incorporare i tuorli.

Foderare una pirofila con la pasta sfoglia scongelata, versare il composto, infornare per circa 30 minuti e servire.
