SFORMATO DI CAVOLO

sformato_cavolo Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1/2 cavolo verza
1 cipolla
2 foglie Alloro
4 uova
burro
200 g panna
Basilico
sale
Pepe

Stufare la cipolla con le foglie di Alloro e il cavolo tagliato finemente. Frullare il tutto con una manciata di Basilico, sale e Pepe. Passare al colino, aggiungere le uova, la panna e sbattere bene con una frusta. Imburrare 4 stampini, versarvi il composto e cuocere a bagnomaria finché è ben sodo.
