SFORMATO AI CARCIOFI

Ingredienti per 4 persone

1 confezione pasta sfoglia
12 carciofi
1/2lBesciamella
1 limone
q.b. olio
burro
parmigiano o grana
prezzemolo

Preparazione

  1. pulire i carciofi e lessarli in acqua acidulata col limone
  2. scolarli e tagliarli a spicchi
  3. farli saltare in padella con un p? di olio e burro e aromatizzarli con prezzemolo
  4. dopo pochi minuti, versarli in un contenitore ed unire la Besciamella precedentemente preparata
  5. disporre la pasta sfoglia in un contenitore (tipo per crostata)
  6. versare il composto e cuocerlo in forno a 200o per 35 - 40 minuti
