SFOGLIATA DI GAMBERI E VERDURE

Ingredienti per 4 persone:

1 rotolo pasta sfoglia
12 code di gamberi (belle grosse)
2 zucchine
2 carote
2 gambi sedano
1 cipolla
q.b. olio
sale
Pepe
Brandy

Preparazione:

  1. sistemare la pasta sfoglia su una teglia da forno, arrotolando i bordi
  2. cuocere la pasta sfoglia in forno a 220o per 15 / 20 min.
  3. cuocere i gamberi, facendoli saltare, in poco olio, in una padella anti-aderente
  4. fiammeggiare con Brandy
  5. tagliare a Julienne le verdure e saltarle insieme ai gamberi, aggiustando di sale e Pepe
  6. sistemare il composto nel rotolo di pasta sfoglia cotto e servire porzionando
