SFOGLIATA ALLE COSTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g coste
3 cipolle
2 spicchi aglio
300 g pomodori pelati
80 g groviera
450 g pasta sfoglia
4 filetti Acciuga
olio
burro
timo
Noce moscata
sale
Pepe

Far insaporire il verde delle coste in 20 gr di burro, salare, pepare e unire un po'di Noce moscata. Soffriggere nell'olio la cipolla affettata con le Acciughe, unire i pomodori, l'aglio spremuto, 1/2 cucchiaio di timo, salare e pepare. Foderare con la pasta sfoglia uno stampo imburrato e distribuirvi la salsa, le coste e la groviera grattugiata. Cuocere in forno a 180o per 40 minuti.
