QUICHE DELICATA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g cipolline novelle
300 g piselli sgranati
1 dado
1 confezione pasta sfoglia Findus
2 uova
1/2 bicchiere latte
olio
burro
sale
Pepe

Rosolare per 5' le cipolline tagliate a metà in 10 gr di burro e 3 cucchiai di olio. Unire i piselli e il dado sbriciolato. Cuocere ancora per 12', unendo, se necessario un po' d'acqua. Salare e pepare. Sbattere le uova con il latte e un po' di sale. Foderare con la pasta uno stampo imburrato, distribuirvi le cipolline e i piselli e il composto di uova. Cuocere in forno caldo a 190oC per 40'.
