PIZZA QUATTRO STAGIONI

pizza_quattro_stagioni Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g pasta di pane lievitata
100 g Mozzarella
400 g pomodori pelati
1 cucchiaio carciofini sott'olio
1 cucchiaio funghi sott'olio
1 spicchio aglio
100 g tonno sott'olio
olio
sale
Pepe

Stendere la pasta in una teglia unta, adagiarvi sopra i pomodori spezzettati, privati dei semi, scolati e conditi con sale, Pepe e un filo d'olio. Considerare la pizza divisa in 4 spicchi e sopra ad ogni spicchio mettere raggruppati i seguenti ingredienti: la Mozzarella a fettine, i carciofini, i funghi e il tonno con l'aglio a fette. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 220' C per 20' circa.
