FOCACCIA DI SANREMO

Per 4 persone.

Lavorare velocemente 500 g. di pasta da pane con 2--3 cucchiai d'olio d'oliva. Stendere la pasta su una teglia da forno unta leggermente con olio. Disporre sulla superficie della focaccia, alternandoli, 1 spicchio d'aglio con la buccia, 1 oliva nera o verde e 1/2 Acciuga e continuare in questo modo. Condire con poco olio d'oliva, poco sale, 1 pomodoro spezzettato e qualche Cappero. Cuocere in forno già caldo a 200o per 25 minuti.
