FLAN DI FAGIOLINI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g fagiolini
erba cipollina
prezzemolo
carota
cipolla
sale
Pepe
4 cucchiai crema di Mais
2 cucchiai farina integrale
4 cucchiai grana
1/2 l latte
1 uovo
Noce moscata
50 g burro
olio

Rosolare i fagiolini in burro e olio con sale e Pepe e erba cipollina, cipolla, carota e prezzemolo tritati. Tostare in 30 g di burro la crema di Mais e la farina. Unire latte, Pepe e Noce moscata e cuocere per ottenere una crema densa. Versare sui fagiolini, unire grana e uovo sbattuto. Versare in uno stampo e cuocere a bagnomaria in forno per 30'.
