FLAN DI CAROTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg carote
50 g burro
2 uova
100 g parmigiano grattugiato
4 cucchiai pangrattato
1 cucchiaio zucchero
Pepe
sale

Cuocere per 10' le carote affettate in acqua leggermente salata. Scolarle e ter minare di cuocere in poco burro mescolando spesso. Unire lo zucchero, sale e poco Pepe. Passarle al setaccio, unire le uova sbattute, il formaggio e il pangrattato. Mescolare bene e versare in uno stampo abbondantemente imburrato con foro al centro e pareti lisce. Mettere in forno e cuocere per circa 30'.
