CROSTATA DI POMODORI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione pasta sfoglia Findus
1 kg pomodori
40 g burro
2 cipolle
3 uova
1/4 l panna
aglio
Basilico
olio
sale
Pepe

Cuocere in una padella col burro le cipolle tritate e i pomodori spellati e tagliuzzati per circa 15 minuti. In una ciotola sbattere le uova con la panna, il sale, il Pepe, il Basilico e l'aglio tritati e unire ai pomodori. Stendere la pasta scongelata in una teglia unta, versare il composto, disporre a griglia delle strisce di pasta, infornare per circa 35 minuti e servire tiepida o fredda.
