UOVA SODE PRIMAVERA

Dosi per 4:
5uova
500 gspinaci
2 cucchiai farina
30 gburro
1/4 llatte
4 cucchiai Fontina grattugiata

Pepe

Rassodare 4 uova, sgusciarle e dividerle a metà. Lessare gli spinaci, scolarli, strizzarli bene e tritarli. Sciogliere il burro, unire la farina e il latte, mescolando continuamente. Salare, pepare e a fine cottura aggiungere il formaggio e 1 uovo intero. Mescolare bene e unire la Besciamella agli spinaci. Ungere una pirofila,disporvi le mezze uova e ricoprire con le verdure; passare in forno a gratinare.
