UOVA ALLA SALSA

uova_salsa Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

100 g prosciutto crudo
1/2 cipolla
1 cucchiaio farina
1 bicchiere brodo
1 cucchiaino concentrato di pomodoro
4 uova
burro

Rosolare nel burro il prosciutto e la cipolla tritati. Cospargere con la farina, diluire con il brodo in cui è stato già sciolto il concentrato di pomodoro. Cuocere per 7--8 minuti, quindi frullare. Versare la salsa sulle uova cotte in camicia.
