UOVA ALLA PARMIGIANA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


4 uova
80 g prosciutto crudo
burro
parmigiano grattugiato
sale
Pepe

Imburrare il fondo di una teglia, romperci le uova, condire con sale e Pepe e molto parmigiano. Cospargere poi di prosciutto tagliato a dadini e su ogni uovo mettere un po' di burro fuso. Passare al forno e cuocere. Appena il parmigiano si sarà sciolto, spegnere e servire.
