Scaldare l'olio in un tegame, versarvi le uova, salarle, peparle e farle rapprendere. Adagiare su ogni uovo una fetta di prosciutto, sopra a questa una fettina di Fontina e lasciar cuocere ancora per 5 minuti circa. Distribuire sopra i sott'aceti tagliati a pezzetti e servire.
