OMELETTE A SORPRESA

Ingredienti:

uova
300 g gamberetti
sale
Pepe
burro

Sbattete le uova molto bene con sale e Pepe per rendere soffice l'omelette. Fate fondere abbondante burro in una padella, versate le uova e fatele rapprendere, rivoltate l'omelette e farcitela velocemente di gamberetti, salate e pepate. Ripiegate l'omelette su se stessa, fate scaldare ancora un momento e servite.

Per cucinare questa omelette potete utilizzare gamberetti surgelati, tuffandoli in acqua bollente per massimo 5 minuti, o meglio gamberetti freschi.
