FRITTATA DI PATATE ALBANESE

Dosi per 4.

Sbucciare e tritare 500 g di patate, unirvi 1 spicchio di aglio schiacciato, 1 cipolla tritata, 2 uova, 1 bicchiere di latte, sale, Pepe ed un generoso pizzico di maggiorana. Amalgamare il composto e cuocerlo a frittata in una padella di ferro unta con olio per 15-20 minuti avendo cura di rigirare la frittata più volte per dorare entrambi i lati.
